It is not over yet girl, you can do it!

It has taken four and a half decades to realize if I am there yet. A dream we nurture as children and while we grow, wondering what we would be when we would have 'fully grown-up', which believe me never happens I guess, bçoz we are all evolving every day and moment into better and different versions of ourselves. This morning when @Hyma Goparaju [a friend of mine for nearly 30 years.......how time flies:)] and I reflected upon a rather intriguing conversation on what our sense of being was, or Ikigai for that matter, we agreed between us on how long it has taken to understand our life's purpose. Perhaps there could be more than one purposes too. But then, its not essential that everyone knows it early on in life. Like I never knew where I was heading but knew all along that I should keep moving and not stop. And that has possibly inspired several others to dream and pursue thier passion. Pause....I may, but not stop has been my mantra all along. To all the women out there, who have 'paused' in 20s and 30s and 40s and 50s.........dear girls, don't GIVE up! It is not over yet. Like another friend of mine @Sapna Ajay Singh [my School buddy] was telling me this evening how she started on her own at 41 after having given it all to the family. Kudos! It is inspiring stories such as these that keep pushing us against all odds. No two lives are same as they say, No two women careers are similar too. WE are all unique and there lies the beauty. Each one of us is a treasure cove of potential galore and the world needs us. To make better thinkers, better managers, better professionals, and most importantly happy and fulfilled human beings. On this #IWD 2020, this is a tiny tribute to all the Women Power waiting to be unleashed. Dear, you just need a hand to hold, a word to encourage and a pat on the back to say,

"It is not over yet girl, you can do it!"
